Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Important Exceptions:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Training Aids & Fitness products
  • Custom-fitted clubs (Drivers, Hybrids, and Iron Sets with personalized specifications)

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Chicago-based support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Body: Dear Grip Fit Store Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories
  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchange Processing: New items ship within 1-2 business days after return approval

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping must be via trackable service
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
