Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your purchase doesn’t improve your game as promised, we’ll make it right.
Important Exceptions
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Training Aids & Fitness products
- Custom-fitted clubs (Drivers, Hybrids, and Iron Sets with personalized specifications)

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
- Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchange Processing: New items ship within 1-2 business days after return approval
Exchange Options
Prefer a different club in our lineup? We offer exchanges for:
- Different shaft flex on Drivers
- Alternate loft angles on Hybrids
- Complete Iron Sets of equal value

International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping must be via trackable service
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
